This is the worst architectural company there is. Paid Anthony to draw the plan for our extension and apply to the council. He drew the plan right on top of the waste pipe. How can a professional not know that the plan he draw was right on top of the man hole. After the plan came back frim the council and our builders came, it became apparent that the plan was wrong. We paid Anthony again to amend the plan (for his mistake). We also paid him to get a build over permission from the water supplier. Builders came back to start the job when we finally got building approval and we then realised that Anthony never applied for the build over permission we paid him months before. This delayed our build again and cost us more money. When the build started, the builders discovered that some of his calculations on the plan were wrong. It just seemed like Anthony just copied a template and submitted. Just to point out that he didn't come cheap. I cannot recommend this company. Stay away!!!!

The Principal was outstanding and carried me along throughout the design and planning application process. The fees was reasonable and I was made to fell very important in decision making. I was not surprised when the approval came through from Bexley Council on the 11th of November 2015.
I definitely would recommend their very professional service.

They did a great job in securing Planning approval for my loft conversion, rear and side extension on my property at Westheath Road, Crayford. We are indeed happy in our new home.
