Prime Buildings & Developments Team were contracted to carry out ground works and foundations for an oak frame building. Including laying new sewers and drains and electric cable.
It was a delight to have them work on the build. The team are friendly, polite, good at their craft and extremely tidy. One of our neighbours was so impressed by their craftsmanship and work ethics that they asked the firm to quote for some internal work they want carried out.

The weather was more often than otherwise abysmal, and we were amazed at how quickly the work progressed regardless of the horrible weather. We quite enjoyed their time with us, and we would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

The guys were excellent from start to finish. Very up front from the beginning with costs and time frame, going into as much detail as possible. Throughout the process they were friendly and tried to be as accomodating as possible, which we really appreciated with my wife being pregnant. Great quality of work and we are really pleased with how it has all turned out. We would definitely use them again and would 100% recommend to our friends and family.

In March this year Prime Buildings finished our kitchen installation and did an amazing job. Rick and Jamie were professional, very knowledgeable and what was noticeable they really cared about the job like it was in there own home. Like with most home improvement projects you always have minor speedbumps in design but they were immaculate in resolving these minor issues and on every occasion to a much better satisfaction to ourselves than we originally planned. I could not recommend these guys high enough. We are now looking at a garage conversion later this year and we wont go anywhere else as Prime Buildings are 100% our go to :)

Rick, Jamie and Paul were amazing! They did the most beautiful job on knocking down our load bearing wall and installing bifold doors. They also helped replace some old ceiling joists. We can honestly say we are so happy with the result! The team are incredibly professional and also really kind - as we are novice DIYers, they didn’t mind us asking lots of questions and were happy explaining what they were up to! Rick also handled communication with PWC to ensure everything was compliant. We 100% will be using them again when needed in the future!
