Couldn’t have asked for better service

I can’t rate this firm highly enough. Our car had badly stained seats, was generally dirty inside and was looking tired on the outside. When we got it back it was gleaming, spotless inside and made us realise what a very nice car we actually have.
Not only that but the pleasant and businesslike employees also collected it and brought it back for us.
I would most certainly use this firm again and highly recommend it.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail - Highly recommended.

First class all the way from customer service, attention to detail to the beautiful finish on the car. The car was owned by a young mechanic and used as a work horse, dogs often in the back. Was sure it was not my car when I went to pick it up. Superb job, the car was immaculate inside and out. Highly recommended and will certainly use again. Nice one Pro Valet!

I didn't know about this place until one of the guys at work told me about it its pretty hidden. It sits beside the Carlton hotel. The guys are excellent at what they do. I got a full valet for my golf and for that the headlining, carpets ,and seats were shampoo'd the car was waxed with auto glym hd wax and they machine polished a few scratches out as well. The young guy that was dealing with me realy knew his stuff. i would highly recommend this place to anyone. I've been to the other two "real" valeting garages in the area ie not the polish ones and im sure this is the best
