Found Rupert very friendly, arrived on time had the part and additional parts with him and went the extra mile as the bolts on the toilet were badly rusted and required cutting off in a very tight space. Highly recommend and will be using him again. Kind regards Scott.

Rang him for a simple job (I had no idea how to do it or else I would have done it myself). Arranged for him to come today around lunch time, which to me means between about 12 and at the latest 2! And as the other person commented he never showed up, tried ringing to get through to constant answer phone, took a day of work to sit in like a fool to wait for him, a quick phone call or even a text would have been sufficient, wouldn't recommend this business unless u want to be let down on a basic small job. Only selected 1 star as I have to select at least one.

I have used Preston plumbing on 2 occasions . The first a burst pipe in my kitchen ,Mr Preston was prompt ,efficient and extremely helpful ,he sorted out the problem in an extremely professional way .As a consequence we then used his services again to convert our aged heating system from oil to gas .This was a big job especially as our house is big and the existing plumbing and heating system was like something from the dark ages .Mr Preston did an excellent job ,I cannot recommend his services more highly.What was a difficult job was done with the minimum of fuss,quickly and to an extremely high standard .He arrived early as arranged each morning and worked one evening till almost 7pm to complete what needed to be done .Brillant service and a pleasure to deal with.

I called this man to do a small job on my kitchen taps. Twice he made an appt and twice he did not turn up. After the second time I texted him and he didnt bother replying. I phoned him and he said sorry about not turning up. I said that a phone call would have been helpful and he just said, "Ah well, find someone else."! To which I replied: " **** off".
Did he really think I would make another appt that he could break? Dont touch this rude man.
