A very good store indeed-and in all its aspects

This is a very good store indeed- and its mail order facility is exceptional .
The website is very comprehensive and informed and scholarly.I usually visit the store in Leamington in person but this is not possible during the Covid crisis(2021)
I recently placed a phone order and adjusted it once the order had been placed--I regret.
This was all dealt with though --great courtesy and the order via GPO mail arrived very quickly-24 hours.
The prices are good.

The music lover should make the most of this excellent store-in all its aspects.

Not what they used to be

I have been a customer for at least 10 years and initially would have given a 5* rating, but recently things have changed. The website remains very good for tracking down one's choice of recording but delivery nowhere near what it once was. I am still waiting for completion of an order placed on March 16th and another placed on May 1st and released on May 3rd has still not arrived. I feel the least they could do would be to refrain from charging until the goods are prepared for despatch.
