James was brilliant, he gave a full explanation of everything he was doing to fix my uPVC door which was sticking badly and some great advice on ongoing maintenance and security. A pleasure to do business with!

James was excellent, arrived same day and fixed a stubbornly stuck snapped key in a bifold door lock. Explained what he was doing, persisted with problem and fixed it. Cleaned mechanism and gave helpful advice on maintenance for doors and lock. Highly recommended
