5Scott arrived on time (which is so important when you're busy). He was pleasant, efficient and more to the point effective - the awful stain has gone! plus he got rid of 2 other stains on some chairs whilst he was here. He was also realistic about what could be achieved and he gave me advice on what I need to do should I spill anything else!

3Hello LesC-6. Thank you for the 3 stars. We apologise for some of the stains still been visible once the carpet had dried. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains from the carpet.
