I run a small Airbnb business and used this company's ironing service for many months. I found quality to be generally good. It sometimes took longer than anticipated for ironing to be returned but I was happy with the quality of work and was happy to be flexible.

Unfortunately I had a very unusual experience this week. After arranging for a load of ironing to be collected in the normal way, I received a call from the owner to say that the company was unable to cope with all the work they had taken on recently, that I lived on the fringe of their service area and so was being let go as a customer. He went on to explain that this included my order being returned unironed, which left me in a difficult situation. I will find another supplier, but I thought this a poor way to treat a long-standing customer and made me feel I had done something wrong (I really don' think I had!)

So decent quality work, but I would not be able to recommend them because of this problem with reliability.

I was looking for a ironing service and have not found one untill now!! Finding pressed out has made life a lot easier , the ironing is of excellent quality and is done quickly and efficiently and all for a very good price !! All I have to do is book in my ironing and arrange a pick up and then a drop off when completed ,it's all done very smoothly , it's my best find of the year 😌

Top service. Really easy to arrange having my shirts collected & delivered. The driver is always really helpful and friendly. Above all else the quality of the ironing is amazing!
