First class service.one phone call and engineer arrived within half an hour.really polite,professional and friendly.very important when you invite someone into your home.all repaired quickly,also great valye for money.have used preslec before and wont hesliate to use agsin and recommend to others.many thanks.

Excellent service. Called them and they booked me in the same day. Checked the issue and ordered the part needed. Then returned within 48 hours to fit the part.

Outstanding service

Engineer turned up slightly early. After listening to the problem instantly diagnosed the fault as a jammed water pump. Removed the offending article and ran a short wash cycle. Problem solved in under 30 mins. Unbelievable and outstanding service. Won't hesitate to call again (if needed).
