Prems Jewellery Ltd

Years ago i went and bought jewellery from Prems. Couple of weeks ago i went to sell it, the lady offered £2,200 which i thought wasn’t a lot, so i popped into another jewellers and they offered £3,500. I wasn’t happy with Prems they were trying to rip me off.

Recently given back a faulty item to fix it. It took two long weeks for a minor job. At the time of collection they charge extra for no reason, although they offer lots of so called “warranties and guarantees” just to make a sale.
Very very untrustworthy
I suggest go better place to buy and avoid them

Poor service , lady was rude abrupt and huffed and puffed. I came in following a recommendation of a friend.

Zero knowledge on diamonds
When I came to value gold I bought from them 4years ago they had the audacity to question if it was 18c .. that suddenly changed when I produced their authentication and recite . I ended up selling gold to the Prem store in Birmingham. One disturbing fact I saw was while looking at gems , akshay was talking on the phone with Antonio talking through what to write on their “reviews” to boost their online rating.

Poor customer service . Better off going to any other Indian jewellery place in Bedford. Or prems in Birmingham the estranged brothers store
