Lovely staff

I don't think that I have ever stayed in a hotel where the staff were so lovely! My brother stayed with them, and they were so caring and considerate of his needs. When I went to stay, nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot thank the staff enough!!!

Racially discriminated by Manager Sonya and staff

Stayed here in the last week of February, was racially discriminated and harassed by manager “Sonya” and her staff. Felt really uneasy and uncomfortable while there because of them while there for work. My key card was also stripped of its access on my 2nd night of staying out of 4 by the manager for no reason ? I was locked out of the hotel so had to buzz in at the reception. She also did this on my 3rd night. 100% would not recommend staying here at all, still shocked at how i was treated when i hadn’t behaved in any way for it to happen.
