Been using this garage for a few years and was happy with service until this time. Tried to give the Manager the chance to resolve my issue but didn’t call me back when I was told he would and today when I called him his attitude was bad. Spent over £1400 with them this year. They done my MOT in May and gave me an advisory for my back brake pads. My brakes were starting to squeal so booked in with the Manager to get them replaced. Told me that they were 80% used so decided to replace the shoes for my handbrake and charged me £120 and brakes squealing worse than ever. He told me his mum advised me of the work to be done and I had agreed then moaned about it but I was told what they done and that it was ready to be collected. Queried it when I went to collect the car and told Kevin would call me and as above he didn’t. They’ve lost a good customer and now my family and friends will think twice about using them.

I took my wife's car and my own car for M O T in the last week. On both occasions the service I received from booking the cars in to collection was very polite and professional. In the case of my own car they checked and corrected the tyre pressure free of charge it may not be much but its small things that make the difference. Its nice to find a local garage that makes you feel welcome and not ripping you of. Well done premier garage service Livingston.
