AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible company, completely unprofessional and worst of all, aggressive when discussing complaints. Our very expensive TV was scratched during the process by the delivery men and we were told it was our fault for not boxing the TV up despite being told by the company they would do all of this when moving. When asking for compensation the man on the phone got very aggressive and insisted we paid their insurance excess of £300 for them to claim the money for the TV to help us buy a new one. The fact they wanted us to pay their insurance premium is a complete scam.

They also was fined for parking on double reds outside our property to which they were very rude to the traffic warden despite numerous warnings. They spent 15-20 minutes of my time on the phone trying to sort this issue out and then charged me an extra 30minutes of labour at the end of it all.

I was warned I would be taken to court for slander if I posted negative reviews. Completely laughable.

These guys were absolutely brilliant. From our first enquiries on the phone, which even when I returned with regular questions, changing moving dates, etc, were always welcome and friendly. On move day the chaps were quick and efficient, and good at problem solving with technical difficulties. Would highly recommend (and already have done).

We were moving house in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, which, as you can imagine was stressful. We found reliability and support in Premier services. At a time of panic, they were cool and calm and incredibly efficient. The two men that moved us were quick, reliable and funny. They made us laugh and smile all throughout the day. They added extra bubble wrap and tape to fragile items and moved everything into the rooms we wanted at the other end. I honestly could not recommend this company more, especially amongst all of the panic and unknown in this country at the moment. We will be recommending to our friends and would definitely use them again.

From first contact, to home visit, to the actual moving day, Premier Services were fantastic. Their friendly and helpful staff made a potentially stressful event seamless. I would totally recommend to anyone. Great work
