I have an appointment tomorrow morning but have to cancel as I have covid. On telephoning the clinic on 3 different occasions throughout the day I still didn’t get through.
1st time on hold for 25 mins (2nd in line), 2nd time 55 mins (1st in line) and the 3rd time I was 2nd in line and after 7mins went to 1st in line where I waited a further 51 mins to have them hang up the call. Their telephone system is seriously flawed.

My mouth was evidence of my fear of dentists but after chipping my front tooth I had no choice but to find one who was taking on new patients. They acknowledged my anxiety and they organised a series of appointments to correct years of neglect
From the Hygienist, the Receptionist, and the Dental Nurses - they were all brilliant - however kudos to Mrs Abimbola.
She had the patience of a saint, reassured me when I was panicking, and did my extractions without me suffering any pain!
She really has restored my faith in Dentists, so much so that my daughter went and is a convert too!
So if you too are fearful of dentists, please consider Premier Clinic Enterprises as they came to my rescue and have managed to make me smile again!

Super dental practice, all staff are very polite and helpful, I always feel looked after and my dental needs always cared for with great professionalism!
Would definitely recommend, especially for nervous people like me! They also offer sedation which keeps my mind at ease .. I would rate 5 stars! 🌟
