Premier Building Services has been renovating houses, constructing extensions and loft conversions around the Bournemouth area since 1985. It has developed a code of practice that involves the client in every stage of the project. Steve Cornick runs Premier Building Services from 17 Feversham Avenue, Bournemouth and his wife Lynda manages the office on a part time basis
Premier Building Services can visit your property to discuss your requirements, calculate a guide price for your consideration. If you all ready have a set of plans with Building Regulations approval, a detailed fixed price Quotation will be calculated. A detailed schedule of work will be provided listing all items included.
Premier Building Services has an association with a Architect/Structural Engineer, who can prepare a set of computer aided design drawings for your approval. You will be advised if planning permission is required.

5Steve and his team are meticulous in everything they do and deliver a high quality finish with minimum disruption to the client. Their enthusiasm for the project was evident throughout and their willingness to provide positive suggestions to improve the finished build was a welcome bonus.
Last but not least, Premier Building Services are the tidiest builders we've ever come across! The site was kept free from debris, tidied up every night and completely cleared at the end of the project. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Clubhouse roof
5Working in conjunction with a Structural Engineer, Steve has been keen to find a workable solution that didn’t require the whole roof to be removed, which in turn would allow us to remain open to members.
The outcome has been 3 weeks of very hard work by Steve and his team, with a reinforced clubhouse roof that will now outlast most of its members. Steve went above and beyond the minimum requirements, but importantly kept within budget.
