Property in balham that we repaired the parapit wall that were allowing water to ingress through to the loft space This was solved by simply re render and pebble dashing the parapits wall
A old disused shop we had to divide into two seperate units one to be a butchers The other a pizza parlour
This was a bathroom that had badly damaged walls as a result of a defective wall tiling allowing water to get behind tiles and soat into walls We had to remove damaged walls and re stud walls with a moister board designed for bathroom

Building and roof repairs, decorating

Craig originally quoted for jobs that had built up in our house, including roof and window fame repairs, brick replacement and re pointing. By the time we finally let him go he'd capped our chimneys, plastered and decorated as well. Craig and his team did a fantastic job for us and it was genuinely a pleasure to have in the house (the kids were very upset when they found out he'd finished and wouldn't be back for a while!). Nothing was too much trouble, he is tidy and considerate - all my neighbours commented on the quality of his work and lovely, friendly attitude. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

guttering repair

I needed to have my guttering repaired as it kept on dripping from a joint. I contacted Craig and he said he would see me the next day. He turned up well on time and assessed what the problem was. He gave me a few options for the repair and the costs for each option. The repair needed a new part which he bought and then fixed the problem. Craig showed me photos of before and after the repair. He even cleaned part of the guttering to prevent future problems. All in all a friendly and courteous service, which I can only recommended to others.

I dont know what to say honestly
look this review is 100% accurate & me and my husband are amazed at the service we have had from craig's company we ordered his services for a small paint job and turnt into a bigger job , simply becouse we were so happy , timescale 11/10 cleaniness 11/10 politeness 11/10 overall service 100/10 just remarkable full .

Assemble shed and repair guttering

After we read the reviews on here and on google about this company we decided to you them, i telephoned and spoke to craig who gave me a time he would attend, & he showed within 5 minutes of time given,
I felt comfortable with his knowledge and although it wasn't a very large job, i still wanted it done properly,
we agreed time, date, and cost and within 2 days, it was started and finished within a number of hours, a brilliant all round service with a smile , i felt glad that i have found a small company that i can use again in the future thanks craig
