Poor service from employee's.

I have used this car wash a number of times, and recently I have noticed that the guys who suppose to get the dirt off the wheel arches are not doing their job. I use the £10-11 wash program and feel for the money my car should come out very clean. The guy with the moustache is the guy who i feel is not doing his job properly on the pre_wash, he gives me the impression that he is not really interested,? it's a quick jet wash with no other prep for your money, i will try them again but if my car sills and wheel arches are still dirty i will take a picture and demand my money back.

Great customer service, best valet I have had for my car!!!!
I was very impressed with the standard of my car on return. It was cleaner than I could of expected, great attention to detail.
