Bryan was so helpful in trying to diagnose the spin problem with our 8 year old washing machine remotely including sending him a video! He assessed that a viable repair was unlikely and saved us the cost of a visit.

Bryan is excellent - knowledgeable, honest & thorough. He took time to analyze a recent intermittent & finicky issue with our Liebherr freezer.
He was understandably referred by the company (also very responsive & wonderful with spare parts!) as a qualified technician.
I would highly recommend him. Furthermore he was in the area and was able to come out promptly.

A very minor problem with my built in freezer had me panicking. It was dealt with swiftly and courteously by telephone. Felt in very safe hands and massively relieved that the problem was solved

No show, overpriced parts

Dealt with him through Go-Assist. He never showed up, did not read the notes from Go-Assist about the freezer error and quoted £150 for 2 parts that I found for less than half the price from the manufacturer.

I’m sorry you feel this way. An error code and model number was eventually supplied a week after it was requested from yourself. A quote for replacing the parts required according to the error code was provided not by me but by Go-assist. You then have the option to accept the quote or decline it.
