1My boiler had been destroyed by another plumber and went through assist that sent the job to this company. Someone came out took several photos and said I will be back tomorrow with the boss Gary and we will get it sorted. The next day waited nothing rang the company to be told that they would not touch it as third party but I had no phone all saying that. My problem with the company is not that they wouldn’t fox it but the fact they could not be honest and tell me the night before so I could have sorted with someone else and that they were not going to ring and inform but leave me waiting for a engineer that was never going to attend. Untrustworthy and poor communication
