I highly recommend Preece & sons. My experience was extremely positive.
The team carried out a two storey, side & rear extension & complete renovation of my property.
The level of service provided was truly outstanding. The quality of work is excellent.
I was kept well informed throughout the process from the very start, through to completion of every aspect of the build. All costs & payment terms were transparent & fair. Agreements of work were explicit & maintained.
The whole team were professional, approachable, always willing to answer any questions I had & offer me good advice when needed. I always felt in safe hands. Every team member worked to a very high standard. Attention to detail was always given.
All of the team were very considerate of reducing disruption to both myself & neighbours as best as possible, which was much appreciated by all. Work commenced on the agreed date and was completed within the timeframe given.
I 100% recommend. Well deserved 5 stars.

James and his team were first class and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional builders. All the way through the project, the team were superb and their attention to detail is second to none. The job was delivered on time and on budget and the final result is incredible.

We hired Preece + Sons Ltd. to build our new single-storey kitchen extension earlier this summer and we are over the moon with our new space. Martyn, James and their team were brilliant throughout, always mindful of things such as dust, noise, disturbing neighbours etc. The biggest compliment I can give them as builders was that anytime there was a problem, they were positive and got it sorted (as opposed to arguing like some builders do). They also did things when they said they would and kept us updated throughout, which sounds simple, but again was really refreshing. I would certainly recommend them to others, thanks for everything James, Martyn and team.

From beginning to end, we have had a very positive experience with Martyn and James at Preece and Sons. We have been well informed and advised all through the project and they have handled everything in a very professional manner. Lockdown was particularly difficult but they kept on until the job was finished. We would definitely recommend their services and would use again.

Couldn't ask for any more! I had my old kitchen removed and a new kitchen installed by the team they sorted everything for me and at a very reasonable price. Kathryn was approachable and very helpful in the office. They estimated a week for the job and they finished early. They were always on hand for advice. Would highly recommend James and the team.
