Precision Plumbing & Heating

Steve installed our new boiler in 2019 and has serviced it annually since then and upgraded the controller this year which we prefer to the original one. We have been satisfied with the quality of his work and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

We have used precision plumbing on a few occasions, replacement boiler, servicing and a leaky tap. They gave us a full explanation of the issues, we’re very thorough, prompt and professional. Would highly recommend!

Tap Failure! Called Steve, he immediately answered, said he’d be round in ten minutes, he was early. Got on the job and completed it before I had boiled the kettle. There was no trying to sell me stuff, no surprise cost, the tap works as it should and I was so impressed, I asked if he could refit my bathroom. That’s going to happen.
It was for him a simple job, but I couldn’t have done it, he could have dithered, charged me more for time, told me I needed new taps and made me pay through the nose for them, I’d have been clueless and gone along with it, willingly.
