Recently, Dave constructed a patio for me, and his workmanship can only be described as exemplary. His business ethic I can only describe as honest and transparent. No messing around. Had a couple of other guys mess me around. Dave took his time to ensure that work completed was perfect, which was a challenge as the ground was uneven. What added more value was his provision of insightful advice on patio maintenance, which underscored his knowledge of 20 years. I cannot express my gratitude towards Dave enough. I believe he offers the best price, as a one man army. Thanks again Dave.

Dilligent, hard working and delivers great results. We used PP in Summer 2021 after a recommendation from a friend. Dave worked as hard and well as any tradesman we have used over the years. He delivers to a high standard, prices competitively and is flexible to emerging challenges that come up. Stronly recommend getting PP to cost your jobs.

Dave has just relaid my patio and has done a beautiful and meticulous job. He took his time a took great care to ensure it was laid perfectly. He even put up with me making late design changes. For a builder who works by himself i have to recommend Dave very highly over 45 meters of block paving at the front of my house and another 30m at the back & with extras like extended back wall and steps up to the house i was just amazed he does it all himself and all at very high standard and a very competitive 5 star job!!! 100%

noticed Dave working across the road from us building a new wall for a neighbour and what a good job he had done asked him todo are front wall price included demolishing the old wall getting rid of the rubbish. Within 3 days the wall was finished fantastic job too, Would recommend dave Welldone.
