We contacted this company as we'd had a very disappointing & expensive experience with a previous company & we'd had good reviews from some friends of ours who had used them. Paul came out & checked out the property to identify where the problem was coming from. Everything was explained clearly about the proceedure & the treatment entailed & we felt reassured & had 100% faith that the problem would be sorted. Since he's been we've had no further problems so far, but we know Paul is on the other end of the phone if we do again. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a rodent problem. What you pay reflects the quality of treatment & customer service that you receive.

Can’t rate Paul’s work highly enough. In the process of selling a relatives house. The garden had become very overgrown and we needed it cut back to allow access to the rear of the property. Above head height brambles cut back efficiently.

Taking over a new flat for a family member. Wanted the carpets cleaned but really didn’t expect the amount of dirt to come out. Very reasonable, fast efficient. Professional and helpful.

Fantastic and thorough service. Paul did a through search of the problem area and went through the options with a full explanation and advised on how to prevent the problems from reoccurring . Super quick turnaround , rang on Tuesday and Paul treated the area by the Thursday. Would highly recommend.
