I’ve been working with Mandy for almost 4 months now and the transformation I’ve seen in my self in such a small time is amazing. The way I think, handle situations and my perception on a lot of things have changes drastically. I’ve been able to tackle my root issues head on and that’s all that’s to Mandy. She is so encouraging, supportive, a great listener and she doesn’t judge. She really does know what she’s doing!!

Coach Mandy has been such a blessing. She has provided a safe place for me to learn the tools to help me work through my struggles. I feel like I'm speaking to someone who truly understands. I am still a work in progress but I have experienced such a change since joining The Prayer Training Room. I love the overall experience of learning about my emotions and I have learnt to better handle all of my negative thought patterns and behaviour.
