1st class service, booked a number of advance long journeys around a trip to NW Wales and also needed to re schedule one at short notice due to ill health. Easy arrangements via email and advance deposit online. Professional polite drivers, all on time. Highly recommend. Thank you all office and drivers for your help

Didn’t show up

Ordered and confirmed a round trip taxi almost 2 weeks in advance. The taxi didn’t turn up which has left us unable to get anywhere, and unable to eat as we were supposed to go for dinner. They didn’t even call or email to let us know they had cancelled our trip. This has ruined my partners birthday I couldn’t be more upset

After a traumatic day following a car breakdown that led into the night. Finally picked up by Vernon of PR taxis. Top geezer, did his best to cheer us up and was super friendly. Can't fault the service as he had to drive us home over 100 miles away. Can't thank him enough
