hired a bus from poynters coaches for our Christmas party to London, everything from start to finish was excellent, coach comfortable and warm, time keeping was good, driver very knowledgeable and professional many thanks to the office staff for making this trip so easy to organise .

Awful, driver from another bus was aggresive and verbally assulted a student on my bus. Quality of the buses are appaling and feet are numb in the morning with breath being visible.
Bus broke down multiple times with smoke poring in cabin from clutch burning out giving minor carbon monoxide poisoning leaving everyone having to migrate bus at the side of an A road which is known to be dangerous.
Whatever the circumstances do NOT hire this company.
You WILL regret it.

I recently used Poynters Coaches for a trip to London - they provided excellent service all round - from the helpful and efficient woman in the office to the great standard of driving. The coach was clean and well equipped and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
