Powys Drilling is an exceptional company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. My old bore hole pump failed. Jackie was excellent asking all the right questions and researching which pump had been fitted at my property as I had no idea. I also had a call from Shaun the engineer pre visit. When Shaun arrived he had everything he needed so was able to complete the work efficiently meaning I was without water for the minimum amount of time. From the first contact I was kept updated with a follow up message to check everything was working OK. Exceptional customer service like this is rare thing these days. Thank you so much.

Used their services 8 years ago for constructing us a domestic borehole, fantastic service, for what is a unique service.
8 years later we had issues with the pressure tank which had our plumber scratching his head.
We phoned Jackie who put us onto Shaun Cummings, who was knocking on our door 2 hrs later, was fantastic , identified the problem, located for us a replacement tank.
We picked it up with Jackie/Dave's help on Sunday....Shaun had us back on line the following day.
Fantastic service...we were really really up against it, thanks to all. Jackie and Dave were just great, Shaun is now our borehole guardian angel ..

Shaun Cummings was recommnded to me by Dave and Jackie to set up and comission my borehole in South Staffordshire.
He had a 2 and a half hour drive down from North wales and arrived at 8am to commence work.
He did not leave until 9am on the evening
until he was satified all the work was complete and the system up and running.
He was a pleasure to have on site and it was clear he is a man who is very experienced in this area of work and did a first class job.His rate for the work carried out was extremely fair and I would recommend him strongly for anyone who needs work relating to a borehole water system.
