Very friendly gentleman nothing is too much trouble - they are very reliable and the service is amazing. Would highly recommend. They have been amazing towards my disabled mother with her mobility scooter and very trustworthy. Mom has been using for several years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They know their stuff and it's nice to support a local family buisness

Tried to use Local business -Terrible service AVOID

Avoid. I had an issue with my sons Marbella wheelchair which needed a repair -attended 14/10/2020 told needed a part and would call back -then nothing. chased months later -over twenty calls to the mobile and landline not answered, finally arranged an appointment 10:30 on 21/04/2021 after a friend had to go to the market to track them down -guy attended early 10:10 and said he knocked my gate -CCTV shows otherwise and I wasn't expecting anyone until 10:30 -called at 10:28 to be told the guy had come and left and they would chase him to see if he could come back, and again promised a call back, which never happened. Again tried mobile and landline number 10 times that date with no answer and no return to voicemail messages. Finally today go through and was told to look elsewhere for a fix. Terrible management of a company, poor comms and a "we are helping you" attitude not customer service, in my own business I would never treat a customer this way. Avoid if you want reliability.
