I have especially built a custom designed power flush machine which is much stronger than the conventional machines on the market. In this design sludge in the system is attached by:

1- High Pressure in the system. Most conventional power flush machines are unpressurised open vented machines, but this device uses a sealed system approach and could attack the system build-ups at pressures of up to 10 bars. Increased pressure means multiplied collisions between chemical particles and sludge particles each second.

2- High temperature. Often times power flushing is done where the boiler is out of order. Hence the job is done at cold temperatures. My machine has got a built-in electric water heater which heats up the circulating water. Power flushing at higher temperatures maximises the effect of the treatment with chemicals.

3- High water flow. Conventional power flush machines use a water pump with a maximum delivery of about 5,000 litres per hour. I've used an industrial pump with a flow rate of about 20,000 l/h, i.e. 4 times as fast a flow.

4- Reverse Flow. This is the minimal requirement for a power flow device, to be able to reverse water flow direction in order to break down system build-ups more effectively.

5- Use of flushing chemicals.

This service comes with 6-years of warranty for which I charge you a fixed price of only £400 (NOT FROM!) for a central heating system of up to 7 radiators. You also have the option of installing a magnetic filter for an extra £100, which will attract any loose rust particles in the system.
