Potts Locksmiths - Darlington are here to help with every type of business or home emergency, lock repairs and upgrades. We are a family run business, over 3 generations. We are Police CRB checked (documents provided upon request).

We provide an extensive range of services with a 24 hour rapid response call out. Over the years we have carried out works for and on behalf of Police Constabularies and also for Borough Councils. Work also included are large estates/businesses, this sector of our business is expanding all the time and we would welcome more of this type of job or any other jobs to come on board with us.

Called today to look at front door lock which we were having difficulty with. Prioritised our visit and solved/serviced immediately. Brilliant service no nonsense and definitely recommend.

Potts not only are locksmiths but are excellent shoe repairers and service watches.
A wonderful old fashioned business with a craftsman. I have been a regular customer for many years and cannot find any fault with this business.
