What’s the point of adding a fragile label!!?!?

It’s so frustrating to spend time carefully packaging parcels, which people have paid for from my shop, and have a very visible FRAGILE label on it to then have the parcels thrown to the counter behind them. A few times this has happened and they don’t seem to care. I won’t be using them again for my business.

Upsetting for my elderly dad!!

My dad visited your post office to purchase 3 pens last week. He paid for them and went home. When he got home he opened the bag that had been sealed with tape by the girl that served him and there was only 1 pen in the bag, there wasn't any holes in the bag were the pens could of fallen out of. He returned to the shop and was told there wasn't anything they could do as he had already left the shop and basically called my dad a liar!! My dad left very upset, why the hell would he lie about a couple of cheap pens. Shame on you for treating an elderly man in such a way. Funny how his server had joked with him that he couldn't have 2 of the pens he was buying, she wanted them and when he gets home 2 are missing. We won't be using your store again
