Post Office Ltd

I sent a Parcel Force Package 48 hr Express on 21/12 from Tunbridge Wells to Charvil House, Rainton @ a cost of £15. Not only did it not only Arrive, nobody told me it was sitting at Carton Miniott Post Office for a week.

Inside were Christmas presents for my partners parents and siblings. Parcel Force finally told me today on the 30th, it would be redelivered tomorrow.

I got a squaky voicemail @ 6:00pm tonight saying that it maybe next week.

I have used UK Mail and Parcel Force over courier companies all my life, but this is disastrously bad customer service.

I hope that Carten Miniott can see fit to deliver to my partner’s Ma aged 90 in Rainton tomorrow as confirmed.

A brilliant post office. Nothing is too much trouble for the obliging staff. They are all very friendly and courteous.
