I am a massive dog lover and run my business based on this. I have over 14 years of dog grooming experience. I am based in croydon new addington and cover a 6/7 mile radius. All grooming takes place in the back of my mobile grooming vehicle, literally a grooming salon on wheels! With hot water, scissors, clippers and all grooming equipment. I provide a full grooming service right outside your home. I will groom your dog the way YOU want it done. I won't leave until you are pleased - that's my job.

Finding a new dog groomer

Had to find a new mobile dog groomer, after last time, they didn't cut his nails properly, left a few of them really long, didn't notice until I took my dog in checked him all over and noticed some of nails hadn't even been cut (but they took the money alright) and when I messaged them saying they hadn't done all his nails they just said they couldn't do them because of the dog, yet it's there job to cuts dogs nails, if they didn't manage to cut his nails properly then they should of told me and shouldn't of charged me for it. But instead they didn't even tell me they couldn't cut all of his nails just took the money and left.
So I didn't and won't use them again.

Hi I am sorry I think you have the wrong company. Please contact me directly. I do not come out for just nail clipping. I haven’t had a message from anyone regarding the length of dogs nails and needing them clipped again. We do not offer just a nail clipping service. We only offer a full grooming service which includes the nail clipping there for I’m sure you have the wrong company. If for nag reasons dogs nails can not be clipped during a groom the owners are told. Some dogs do not like nails clipped and become stressed and some dogs nails do not need clipping at all. As I mentioned we do not come out for just a nail clipping service so you have the wrong person. Please review the correct company thank you.

Excellent dog groomer

Emma is great with my Max, who has been nervous with other groomers. What I like is she's efficient, quick and clearly is dog mad. Her prices are very reasonable, and unlike some other groomers she does actually get back to you.

Been using this service for over 10 years - Emma is a brilliant groomer - she’s amazing with the dogs and feel so comfortable going to the shop - also used the mobile service and this is brilliant too.
