6 months wait for a booking with the service department!!
I got a letter stating i needed to bring the car in for a re-call in August. I called and couldnt get an appointment until October with a courtesy car. I got a call 2 days before the appointment and they told me that the parts were not in yet and they would call me later in the week to get me in. I didnt hear back from them so I called a week later and was told the parts were in but I couldnt get an appontment until January with a courtesy car!
Always a long wait for serrvice from this garage in my experience!

This is my first time involved with Porsche. From the moment of walking in the door of Silverlinks Distribution centre I was welcomed by staff at the front desk & asked if there was anything they could help with. I had an idea of what I wanted, either an electric or e-hybrid so was offered a coffee & introduced to Jaimine, their newest sales executive to them. Instantly I felt I was in the right hands as he listened to what I was after as he gave me the rundown on the Panamera & also introduced me to the Taycan as an alternative. I also got a warm welcome off their manager Simon & we all got chatting about the car & our outside interests. We struck a deal on a spec for the car that day & have since then been in contact with Jaimine about spec upgrades. Jaimine was more than happy to give his feedback on choices and his personal experience which was great to get a perspective on. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience so far and look forwad to future involvement. A+ service!
