A huge thank you to Poppy’s Florist team, more particularly to Saffa and AJ. The end-to-end process and support from ordering the flowers to its delivery was fantastic. I was quite anxious as this was for a death anniversary and was to be delivered to a grave, more so as I am currently abroad. My request was dealt with in such a human, considerate and understanding manner, that I was really touched. The team alleviated my worry, communicated with me all the way and made the process so easy! They made a beautiful flower arrangement, got my message on a card (laminated - they even thought about the rain!!), and took the pictures of the flowers on the grave and of the message that I received via what’s app. I am hugely grateful, thank you ever so much! I would highly recommend their services.

This shop left flowers worth £30 on a doorstep of a house on a road which connects 2 main roads and is next to a school. The recipient never received the flowers as they were vandalized and left under a hedge. The sender is suffering from cancer and is very distressed by this event. The shop thinks it is ok to leave flowers on a doorstep and has been unwilling to replace the flowers.

If I could give them 0 I would - SCAMMERS - buy flowers from the shop for £7 and deliver them to your house a day late for £68!!!!!!

Excellent service and flowers, arrangement of the flowers were beautiful, definitely recommend this florist!!
