I have nothing but praise for this company.

I contacted them with a machine malfunction, a very helpful guy advised me how to check for a problem before calling them out - i did, however i still needed help as i hadn't done a thorough enough job myself.

That same day their engineer came out, an extremely helpful guy, fixed the problem and all is well in the world again !

Would've been 5 stars for appliance purchased and delivery. However, appalled that they included a free sample of 'Lenor unstoppables in wash scent booster' that explains on the back 'HARMFUL TO AQUATIC LIFE WITH LONG LASTING EFFECTS' to add to your washing machine before a wash. Given that we still pouring detergent, softeners etc down our drains but we are at least becoming more aware of how fragile our waterways and oceans are - why are a reputable company tarnishing their image by promoting this rubbish?? So easy not to. Surely, your washing is clean after it's been washed?
