Automatic Pool Cover Repair

We contacted Poolman as an authorised supplier of our automatic pool cover as ours was inoperable. Poolman staff attended promptly and identified the issue. Their quote was significantly less than the other company we had asked to look at the problem. Poolman confirmed they could replace the broken component at a minimal cost rather than replace the entire roller, motor and pulley system.
The work was carried out to an extremely high standard by polite and professional staff.
We will definitely be using them for our annual cover servicing in future.

Stay away! Unless you like stress, headache and disappointment.

Where do I start? After meeting the MD of Poolman I was assured that the installation of my new liner pool would be stress free, no issues as this was their "standard" installation and I would enjoy the experience. After nearly a year, the installation is still not complete. To make matters even worse, the products and services that they have provided have since failed and the entire wall on one side has broken away leaving the pool unusable and un safe. The stance the MD has taken is that they are NOT responsible yet it is clear via CCTV footage that their products have failed and now they expect me, the client to pay for the entire liner to be replaced and more. My young family are now left with a broken pool to look at instead of having lots of fun which has cost over £50,000. We have had 4 different heaters due to faults, water temp not reaching levels that was promised and issues with an automatic cover that costs £17k. Stay away is my advice! Happy to share the facts and photos!

Part missing

I bought a pool enclosure from this company with lots of parts missing James at the time was full of promises he told me parts were on order once he had my cash I was told lie after lie parts still have not turned up after almost 5 years he is a total time waster

Hello, the Poolman Leisure Group doesn't sell pool enclosures. We refer all enquiries to Swimex Enclosures. We've not been made aware of any problems with a Swimex enclosure, but if you have had a problem, please contact us directly and we can see if we are able to help rectify the problem. All the best.
