Disreputable Company

One of the this companies lorry crashed into my car and drove off . Although I have a witness and a photograph of their vechile their insurers are disputing the incident.
As this happened in Thornliebank near a school at school finishing hours I feel I should inform my local council / councillor of a company that is probably working for the council and the fact that they not only have drivers that drive off ( and been advised by police this is a criminal offense ) but will not accept the blame for any of this.

Damaged my car with splashed concrete all over it and after I've complained they came back with 40£ offer for car wash. Concrete was already set when I've noticed and it was everywhere, so car needs way more than just a wash. Nobody replies to emails. Not a care in the world.
