A real rip off, go elsewhere

Contacted after seeing their 5* rating on Yell, to fix our heating. They were v busy so had to wait 2 weeks until they could get to us- my husband starts work in the afternoon so booked to come out late morning. The morning of our appointment we had a call to say they wouldn't be there until the afternoon as they were too busy and wouldn't be in the area until later. Not once did we receive an apology and when I showed my disappointment and frustrating at this last minute change (having booked 2 weeks ago) I not to speak to her like that - I didn't swear or shout - just explained I was not happy and frustrated. I was expected to leave work (which I couldn't do!) to accommodate them. If I had known when I booked the appointment I could have booked the afternoon off work. Absolutely no service at all, they couldn't care less. Told them to cancel the appointment then they said they would come out in the morning. They kept calling & text me about 6 times until I blocked their number.

Friendly, reliable, professional, punctual

Called Plumbtastic at 4pm one day, they called round that evening and diagnosed the problem. Parts were ordered promptly and my boiler was fixed by 12pm the next day. Professional and reliable service, Thanks Keith!
