Simple job, failed.

Trevor was asked to come and refurb our bathroom.
We were initially quoted 3 weeks, it took 9 weeks.
At 9 weeks the bathroom wasn't really finished but Trevor was done and wanted his money, but sadly we have continued to find many problems including:
Chipped and cracked tiles throughout, very poorly done grouting and seal, the bath was not sealed at all, (we have had to redo all anyway), skimming on the walls was not even or sanded down.
Leaks throughout the process have resulted in damage to the downstairs ceilings, no offer to rectify that.
Cheap and tacky white pipes were run on the outside of the property for waste water, which looks awful. Nothing we can do to change that now.
We resulted in deducting monies from the final payment as we have had to pay other tradesman to come and fix the problems.
It took such a long time and was not done to a good standard at all. We do not recommend.

Trevor has done the most amazing job transforming our bathroom. He was the most expensive quote we received, but from the outset our communication was good and he was able to work with us to minimise disruption for our son with ASD. He has a great team of skilled labour - plasterers, electricians, tilers etc. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, but highly professional. The job overran due to a few difficulties, but Trevor refused to rush anything and has worked hard to find PERFECT solutions to the issues that arose. That said, when the job ran to plan the progress was incredibly fast, and initially he was on track to finish early. The bathroom required a complete overhaul including dealing with an old artexed ceiling, an uneven floor and a wall at an odd angle. Trevor and his team were considerate of our property and left everything as clean as possible every evening before leaving. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Trevor - many thanks for an excellent job!

Mr Hokan fitted an upstairs bathroom in my house. The old bathroom was removed, tiles, toilet, washbasin and bath. The room was re-tiled, a replacement bath, washbasin and toilet was installed and vinyl floor laid. Mr Hokan also removed an old shower cubicle from my downstairs shower room, replaced a toilet cistern in the existing toilet and replaced an old fan extractor. The shower room required careful extraction of the old worn out shower cubicle to minimise damage to the existing tiles. Mr Hokan works professionally offering advice where needed as he has a wealth of knowledge in his line of business. He is professional, neat and particular with his work ethic. Mr Hokan works tirelessly to produce an excellent finished job with an aesthetically pleasing result. I would hire Mr Hokan again in the future to fit a bathroom, shower room or kitchen. Mr Hokan always tidies up at the end of the day to leave the work area usable until the job has been completed. Excellent 5 Star finish.
