Steve completed an ensuite installation for us to an excellent standard. He gave good advice and guidance to lead to the best result. Steve is polite, punctual, clean and tidy and his work is to a high standard and meticulous. He is well organised and causes the minimum possible disruption and inconvenience. Steve has recently converted my bathroom to a shower room, and he did a great job. He spent plenty of time at the start finding out exactly what I wanted and what this would entail. He told me what would be involved on a daily basis so I'd know what to expect, and spent time sourcing exactly the right shower for me. He was friendly, courteous and respectful, and left the house spotless every day. Steve gave me a full quote at the beginning of the process, and discussed any changes that had to be made as we went along, so there were no surprises at the end. I'm delighted with the end results and have no hesitation in recommending Steve. He works best with a steady supply of tea (half a spoon of sugar, and milk)...
