OUTSTANDING....

My vulnerable 94 year old mother who lives by herself didn’t have any hot water over Christmas & Gary was able to fix a very out of date system, making her feel safe & secure at the same time, nothing was to much trouble for him even coming out on Sundays. Gary kept me updated, with messages, phone calls & videos throughout the whole process.
If only all tradesmen were like this...Amazing!!!

Faulty work

Very expensive at £110 per hour. Emergency repair to dripping cistern turned out to require complete toilet replacement at cost £930. It may not have been his fault but the entire toilet walls and skirting were covered in black dust that I have still not been able to remove. We had no choice but to do this replacement there and then as we only have one toilet.
Plumber Gary fixed the cistern using mastic. Just 4 months later the cistern is coming loose. On reporting the problem, the ‘receptionist’ was very aggressive and unhelpful.
