Olly is very friendly and professional. He talked us through the options for replacing our leaking wet room floor, gave us a fair and reasonable quote and then did a great job. Very tidy, no mess left behind. He also fitted an outside tap for us, which he also made a great job of. Very pleased with all the work he's done for us and would highly recommend him to others.
