BEWARE these people take your money before they arrive and then quote extortionate prices. Never again

Properly useless. I'm struggling to understand how the experience I had lines up with the other reviews, but it's definitely the same company.
1st call out: reported a possible leak causing condensation in the bathroom. Completely missed by the engineer.
2nd call out : I found the leak and reported it to the company, who sent an engineer to take a look. He provided an awful temporary fix that I had to redo myself to slow the leak
3rd call out: after sending a quote for 2 hours work and £20 supplies, plumber came over and did awful job shown in pictures. He shoved brand new pan connector (<<£20) into a horrible old one and tried to plug the obvious new leak with sealant. Used sealant to stick the toilet down, which came up immediately as he didn't clean anything. Took less than an hour, the leak was completely unfixed and he told me there was nothing more he could do.
Subsequently had to fix it myself.
Cost me £500 and I have had to redo all their work. So bad. Don't use them.

Worst company, they left me with a leak after their so-called servicing. Calling customers idiots this is not customer service and refusing to fix up their mistakes. Avoid

Awful experience , had an appt slot 1-6 plumber turned up at exactly 6pm loads of excuses as to why he couldn’t (didn’t want to) do the job as it was a Friday eve and a 2hour job . Tried to charge me a consultation fee which I declined . He left 20m after arriving . Promised a call back on the Monday , didn’t happen , when I phoned they told me they do not want my business go find someone else and hung up on me . Wow , unbelievable what a terrible way to treat a customer and a waste of my day off and time .

Quick and easy, will use again.
