Ecowood is a family run business based in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan approx 6 miles west of Cardiff close to the market town of Cowbridge.

We supply quality seasoned hardwood logs for all types of log burners and stoves as well as many other products and services. We deliver a friendly reliable service and quality products at competitive prices. Local customers will not be charged for delivery.

As well as selling our products locally we work closely with local hauliers. This enables us to send our products to most parts of the country at extremely competitive rates.

At Ecowood we believe in caring for the environment and encouraging the use of carbon neutral fuels such as wood products.

All our wood is responsibly sourced from sustainable, ethically grown well managed British forests

Happy to take your money. Not so happy to deliver what you buy. Over a month later I’m still waiting for what I’ve paid for.

Don’t waste your time

Agreed morning delivery for 2 metres of firewood.
Wasted a day waiting for the delivery which did not arrive.
Does not respond to calls to landline or mobile. Does not respond to voicemails or text messages.

Do not buy a bulk load from them!

PLB ecowood delivered a load of wood and accidentally damaged our garage door and a neighbours driveway. Unfortunately, they repeatedly promised to email me their insurance details and then didn't do so. I have to wonder whether they have insurance at all. I then suggested that we pay for the damage ourselves and Luke deliver wood to the same value. The wood is really high quality and we would have ordered more anyhow. This was arranged twice, but 'forgotten' both times. I would not recommended buying a bulk load of wood from them.

In need of Logs

Just got my first wood burner,and have no logs left as van in the garage.
But hey no problem, as spoke to a nice lady at PLB Ecowood Ltd.
And she was very helpful.Spoke to Luke the owner whom arranged to get me logs hard and soft wood to try before I take the plunge for the big order.
His dad Phil came few hours later,and so happy with the logs.
And this family ran business.
Thanks and be buying a lot more in the near future.
