Manager shouted at pregnant lady!

I tried to win a toy which i did. It was too big to drop down the hole but it was over it. I was told i had to keep playing which i did and the same thing happened. I spent £32. The manager wouldnt help and had a go at me. Im almost 9 months pregnant. I left in tears. I will never go back. I only wanted to win a toy for my little girl!
