Platters Slate

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My elderly mother placed and paid for an order on 4th August 23 for a blank slate hanging sign and it never arrived. She was advised delivery takes 10 days but it is now 15th September and nothing.

My mother has sent multiple emails following up and has been ignored every time. She has also called the phone number advertised but has never received an answer.

She did not receive a confirmation email or number from the order and the payment was sent through PayPal which we cannot trace back.

It's disgusting this company is masquerading as a legitimate business when they are clearly fake and stealing people's money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I rang last week and ordered and paid for coasters. I have rang to check if they are ready for collection but the phone has not been answered all day. I am only in the area tomorrow and they said they would let me know at the beginning of the week

Disappointed my clock mechanism has broken and no one is interested in replying to me regarding this issue .

AVOID Paid for an item and still awaiting delivery. Have tried to contact them via twitter, phone calls email and Facebook have now been blocked on Facebook, company a complete scam

Placed an order (and paid) last month. Haven’t delivered, don’t reply to emails. Shocking customer service, will be seeking a refund.
