Here at Platoon Pest Control our aim is for you to feel like your questions have been answered and you are satisfied with the service provided. You also hold valuable information about the pests, for example, where the pest was last seen and the extent of the infestation. This information helps us do our job more efficiently and effectively.
We want you to be confident about the work we have undertaken. All work carried out will always be communicated with you before any treatment takes place and a hard copy of the treatment will always be provided for your records when we leave. This information will also inform you of any dangerous substances used and what to do in case of emergency.
Our pest control staff are fully trained and hold the General Pest Control Management qualification from the BPCA.

5I could not have wished for a better service. Terry, from Platoon Pest Control, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was personable and patient, addressing my concerns and answering any questions I had. The response from my initial enquiry was very quick and a plan was put in place for subsequent visits. My problem was that squirrels had set up home in my attic! Terry was very thorough, dealing with the squirrel and also checking the damage they had caused, which I found reassuring as I am unable to go into the attic myself. I would highly recommend the company and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arose.
