Great customer service at the start... unfortunately, not after we've struggled with them! Bought a fridge freezer from them which has cosmetic damage but with it being easily covered, we looked past it. Also bought a condenser dryer which looked in perfect condition and an electric cooker. Electric cooker has a dial missing. After a month of trying to get the dial from them and being lied to and messed about, we've called Trading Standards. We have everything written down that we are allowed to do and what we are not allowed to do. After telling them that we rang Trading Standards, a cooker dial miraculously appeared! Except it was the wrong colour and doesn't fit the cooker. We have asked for a refund, which we ARE entitled to due to us not even being able to check the appliances as our property has no electricity until next week, and they refused. Now considering taking them to small claims court. I'm pregnant and with getting a new property, money is tight as it is.
