Woeful customer service.
1Took the shears in they said they'd phone me when ready.
Heard nothing for a week.
Finally phoned them. "Oh yeah they're not ready. But if you come in they'll be ready by 12,00 for you"
Drove 10 miles to Watford for midday.
"Oh no they're not ready, dunno why he told you they would be. My fitter has only just come back in"
I took the shears out the shop, unsharpened to a place that actually wants my money.
If you like being treated like this then by all means shop here. If you value customer service however I suggest you avoid this place.
